This full installation was for a client in the waterfront suburb of Hunters Hills, recently undergoing a full renovation the vendors decided to sell, requesting a eclectic feel, the staging represents that coastal meets urban eclecticism.

Set in Sydney's North Shore, this family home has multiple living areas, both formal and informal. Creating an environment that defines these functionalities, through colour and layout, the vendors loved gold and black, through the staging and design we provided a more glamorous palette that appeals to the vendor  and reflects the architecture of the house and the surrounding suburbs.

This inner city terrace house, was recently developed. Creating a sophisticated feel through the staging, the colour palette reflects the design choices made by the developer for a more muted tone through out the terrace, designed to reflect the inner city lifestyle.

This partial staging job, utilised some of the clients antique black asian furniture and rugs. Working with clients furniture is something that is a common occurrence. Providing staging that not only complements but enhances the clients items and presents a more personal and eclectic house, that is layered and individualistic is design and presentation.

The development of this high spec home, offered a blank canvas allowing for the staging to truly enhance to appeal and design of the modern development. The textures colours of the concrete walls and american oak floors are enriched through the ambiance created through the staging.

Designed as a downsize from a larger family home from Sydney's north shore, the vendors wanted to maintain the sophistication and muted tones of the north shore whilst maintaining the beach side atmosphere.
